Volunteer Opportunities

About Our Program

Looking for ways to volunteer in St. Louis? At Cornerstone Center for Early Learning, our program lets you give back to the community in meaningful ways. In 2018 alone, 581 volunteers gave more than 3,000 hours of service to Cornerstone. From reading to kids, to tending the grounds, to sorting the office, these hard workers help both Cornerstone and the community through generous acts of service. Whether you volunteer for one day or one year, we never forget your service, and we are forever thankful for each and every person who gives us their time.

Ways to Volunteer in St. Louis:

One Time Opportunities

Days of Service
Bring your friends to Cornerstone for a morning, afternoon, or full day of service. Whether you’d like to help out in the classrooms, the offices, or the grounds, we have plenty of service options for you to choose from.

Saturday Clean-Up Project
There’s a lot of cleaning up we can’t do while school is in session. Do you enjoy gardening, painting, or helping with repairs? Join Cornerstone staff for a Saturday Clean-Up project, or host your own with friends, family, or coworkers.

Special Events
Cornerstone hosts several special events throughout the year, such as Celebration for Children and Trivia Night. Volunteers can help us set up an event, or they can help out during the event itself, if they’d like to attend.

Donation Drives
Don’t have time to come to Cornerstone but still want to help? Host a Donation Drive for diapers, classroom supplies, or even a coin drive! We’d be most thankful.
